Be advised tonight 4 May 2007 (Thurs) I have talked to Mrs. Helen Hart
She advises the following:
Inez A.Gumbs' payment of $2,541.67, to participate in the Jennings Land Sub-division, at Butu Mountain and other property sites to be later announced, are to paid to the following parties:
- Part A - Currently proposed SURVEY Cost = (Total $10,500) prorated by nine (9)= $1,166.67 each
Inez A. Gumbs' portion = $ 1,166.67 divided by 4 = $ 291.66, per each of her siblings -
this portion to be made payable to Mrs. Helen Hart
-Part B- Monies due Aunt Ida -(reason questionable) = $1375.00, prorated by four (4) = $ 343.75, each
These monies to be made payable either to Our Aunt Ida Fahie or her Daughter Carolyn
NOTE - PART B WILL BE A ONE TIME PAYMENT ! !
while our total payment will be $ 635.41, each - it is being required we split the payments as aforementioned.
Additionally No Receipts will be provided; when payment is made and or received by either of these parties
In view of the above, I suggest that we do the following:
That we all make reference to the "Block and Parcel numbers", indicated, and notify the Inland Revenue Department of the British Virgin Islands, of our payment transaction along with the name of proposed Surveyor.
Finally, according to Helen, all of the pieces in the proposed subdivision, will be acceptable to all ( or most parties)
she does not think there is a badly located parcel, in the sub division.
